I am an experienced and aggressive employment lawyer representing employees. Before representing employees, I worked at the nation’s largest and most prominent employment law firms.

I have successfully represented employees against all sizes of businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, big banks, major retailers, utility companies, hospitals, universities, franchises, public agencies, etc. We handle all types of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, medical and disability leave, pregnancy discrimination, prevailing wages, and wrongful termination. I handle both individual cases and class actions.

Practice Focus

My practice is devoted entirely to California employment law on behalf of employees. I do not represent employers. Every case I take involves a worker who has been legally wronged by their employer somewhere in California.

The cases I handle include wrongful termination, workplace discrimination (including race, gender, age, disability, pregnancy, religion, national origin, and sexual orientation), sexual harassment, medical and disability leave disputes, pregnancy leave and retaliation, FMLA and CFRA violations, and wage and hour claims such as unpaid overtime, missed meal and rest breaks, and misclassification.

I am licensed in California and accept cases throughout the state.
